Regular swimming is one of the best exercise that we can do for best fitness and Health. Swimming is the exercise where the whole body is activated. Along with that it make us breath lot of fresh air. If any one have lack of facility for swimming, cycle ride is the best way to keep fit that activate the whole body. If the cycle ride is on early morning it can be befitted to have lots of fresh air.
You are right Mr.George, swimming and cycle ride are the best natural exercise. Instead of going to fitness center or gym or taking medicines which has side effects later better everyone should prefer doing this.......
