Regular swimming is one of the best exercise that we can do for best fitness and Health. Swimming is the exercise where the whole body is activated. Along with that it make us breath lot of fresh air. If any one have lack of facility for swimming, cycle ride is the best way to keep fit that activate the whole body. If the cycle ride is on early morning it can be befitted to have lots of fresh air.

You are right Mr.George, swimming and cycle ride are the best natural exercise. Instead of going to fitness center or gym or taking medicines which has side effects later better everyone should prefer doing this.......

No doubt shilpa swimming & cycling are the one of best form of exercise. But Jogging/Brisk walk for 40-45 minutes 6 days in a week is the natural,safe,economical,you invest only for quality jogging/walking shoes & give more or less same benefit as provided by the swimming & cycling. The most important thing is that it is advisable for all age. No hassels of fungus & bacterias found in water, resulting in skin diseases & alergines irrespective of cleaning pools regularly with clorin, which itself causes eyes burning sensation & nausea for most of the people.
not recommended for all ages, even recomended for 1hr.daily for 3 days in a week.

As for cycling, proper maintain of cycle is required otherwise u will end up with muscle pull &ham string problem.again not recommended for all the ages, due to vehicular pollution u will inhale more carbon di oxide than fresh oxygen.
All three are belongs  to  Cardio Exercises category & you will find jogging tracks & parks in almost all the corner of the city,even in two tier cities. Wear yr tracksuit
or comfortable clothing & Jogging/Walking Shoes & move.

Yaa that is true swimming and cycle ride are better than other fitness center walking and running are best exercise for the health.

yup cycling and swimming is the best way to keep u healthy . in netherlands the people use cycle for going to work which is very good for health and as well as it reduces the pollution.
