I know it is finally you, who is going to present in front of highly intellectual and kowledgible audience. So like you many of business person engage most their time with quality content, delivery tactics, dress code, use of technology and blah blah. But usually less stress is given upon the most fundamental part of corporate presentations i.e Presentation Design. Isn't it?
So despite of talking about numerous pther factors, let's dscuss in detail, how to design an effeicient and effective corporate presentation.
In presentation design one of the biggest pitfalls is overloading your slides with text, bullet points and extraneous information. Truly powerful presentations don't speak for themselves, instead supporting what you have to say with high impact images that reinforce rather than recapitulate your key content.
The best PowerPoint slides follow a simple rule: keep it visual, and that is the key. Believe me.
Everyone has seen the classic dry PowerPoint presentation, the one with slide after slide of boring text. Well, wake up! In the right hands, PowerPoint does not have to be dull. In fact, PowerPoint presentations should be visual and compelling business tools.
How can a simple PowerPoint presentation evolve into a tool that can help you sell your product, push your message, or gather a crowd around your tradeshow booth? The key is images, photos, illustrations, diagrams and more. Animated or static, stock images or drawings created custom just for you, images can change an average PowerPoint into an attention-grabbing, memorable, effective means of communication and promotion.
Never forget that a single picture is worth more thousands of words, The proper use of images and graphics is essential to effectively relaying the message of your PowerPoint presentation. The following tips and examples can help you communicate for faster understanding, longer message retention, and better business results.
Engage your audience and use your valuable presentation time most efficiently by incorporating an array of relevant, business-appropriate visual elements into your sales presentation or trade show presentation. In addition, images can serve as recognizable cues on a slide, reminding the presenter of a point to elaborate on or perhaps a hot button issue for the prospect. So incorporate various PowerPoint presentation design elements such as; Pictures and photographs, Diagrams and charts , Bar and pie Charts, flow-charts etc.
These design elements keep you at ease while delivering, particuarly the complex problems and concepts. Why not, it acts as a multimedia, and thus corresponds to maximum number of senses as well. And now you have the aid of modern animations, colorings and transitions, typographies, you can really make it an outstanding one.
So next time, make sure that you incorporate necessary graphics and designs in your presentations, thus avoiding it from looking like an essay or article.Be careful of incorporating too many graphics as well. I think reason you now better know.

Anuj what I think is mobile phones with two sims cards will not affect cell phone industry in a negative manner, we can see more number of people buying 2 sim phone. And also the telecom industry will benefit as user base will increase. |
There are many companies which take their gadgets back after their life is over though there are less companies which offer this facility in India but still there are some. And each and everything hs to start from somewhere or the other. |
If you make some small investments on promotional campaigns, this will fetch you great returns. Advertise about your products using electronic, print or online mediums. |
