ME and MY BOSS

When I Take a long time to finish,
I am slow,
When my boss takes a long time,
he is thorough
--------------------------------

When I don't do it,
I am lazy,
When my boss does not do it,
he is busy,
--------------------------------

When I do something without being told,
I am trying to
be smart,
When my boss does the same,
he takes the initiative,
--------------------------------

When I please my boss,
I am apple polishing,
When my boss pleases his boss,
he is cooperating,
--------------------------------

When I make a mistake,
I' am an idiot.
When my boss makes a mistake,
  he's only human.
--------------------------------

When I am out of the office,
  I am wondering around.
When my boss is out of the office,
  he's on business.
--------------------------------

When I am on a day off sick,
  I am always sick.
When my boss is a day off sick,
  he must be very ill.
--------------------------------

  When I apply for leave,
I must be going for an
  interview
When my boss applies for leave,
  it's because he's
overworked
--------------------------------

  When I do good,
  my boss never remembers,
  When I do wrong,
  he never forgets

I agree to each and every sentence of this. Why boss is seen as different from those of their sub ordinates ??? Why should only the sub ordinate be questioned for any mistake happening ?? But I think this is not true in every organisation.

Yes..Of Course there are some differences between the BOSS and the subordinate and that's what make him a boss. This does not happen in every organization...it is only in some where this system still exists. The main point that I agree is the last one..
  When I do good,
  my boss never remembers,
  When I do wrong,
  he never forgets

This do happens often in many companies..

agreeing very seriously!! yes, it is very much right that relationship between BOSS & subordinate is always viewed/happens like this in many organisations.but let us not forget our BOSS is also a subordinate to his BOSS!! so the cycle continues.enjoyed reading this.cheers.

From the experience I had I agree to almost most of them. And Jyoti Rath you are right this is not true in every organisation. Now a days a mistake done by the higher level management is more severe than the lower level. So now a days the BOSS too makes sure that he doesn't do any mistake. Which could tumbler down the name of the organisation
