ditch to the own country in favour of oneself ?? is that sounds right??.. consider this my fellow indian..!!

wats the reason indian youth are turning to the wrong pathsn while they were considered most reliable human resource in the present world... 2/5th of population is in the age group of 20-28 yrs... 1/5th are btwn 13-20 yrs.. and the remaining 2/5th accounts for infants, house hold wifes, guys btwn age 30 to 55 yrs.. if u luk at this.. a huge chunk of resource is going waste as there is no proper nurturing of this raw resource.. only small percentage of them are dedicated..very few are pickd n enrolled under jobs.. out of which few are sheepz.and few are just audience in the wrkng sector.. y.. wats the reason for this while indian brain is considered as the most pwrful and hardcore resource the whole world.. if u consider the stats u wud find 30-38% of ppl who are highly qualified and with an extrodinary positions handling with an ease in worlds top most corporate sectors who are by the way working for other nations..was it rght guys.. was it ??.. wat makes them work for others..is it that huge dollar 7 or 8 figure salary or is that india not in position to accomodate these huge brains in its hub...or is it the hot hunky poloticians not paying the good way with their magnanimous heart.. or is it the high ended life they choose..or that these companies not havng their base in india.. wat ever may b the reason...out of context of their minds... they hav b trained, nurtured, brought up n given the security for their life with an ample opprtunity to grow n show case their talent.. finally an edge to their beloved mother country.. wat the pay they r givng back to their mother huh??? ridiculous (in my context).. might be its like a cake walk to them..
