Yes, Day dreams are those dreams which are not letting you sleep, that means your are so passionate about its realization that your entire enerzy gets diverted to make your dream come true, but it should be realistic either.

Any how I also likes day dreaming.....we can dream anything since we dont want to pay any TAX for that....am I right????????

"Dream" costs nothing!  You have every right to "Dream".  Many scientific inventions and discoveries are out of day dreaming alone!  Constructive thought process, converted into positive action will lead to big innovation!  Don't be mean when you dream, Dream for the welfare of the society, dream to reduce hunder, dream to conserve water resources for future generation, dream conservation of energy, dream unity for nations to work in unison under one umbrella of Earth!  Discuss your dream with every one around you, discuss in fora, discussion forum.  May be your idea will be picked up by some samaritan to create wonder for future!

Dreaming at daytime or anytime is good, but it become best, when you converted it into reality.

Yes. It's good for two reasons. (a) Unless one dreams big, one can not achieve anything and (b) it is good for one's health, as long as it does not exceed permissible levels.
