Trust, I think is the manifestation of confidence both in self and in others, built over a period of time with a strong foundation of Faith.
It's a habit, developed through proper upbringing with self esteem playing a decisive role in shaping up the fundamental structure.
I believe, 'Human Being' instinctively trust each other ,may be due to the contribution of genetic factors ,which continued evolving positively till the time, when self interest slowly started taking over collective interest.
