In this rat race, every one is trying to double their productivity in half the time....as a result many aspects are being compromised upon. Do you think whatever is happening right now is that the companies are not optimalling usuing its marketing resources wrt personnels ? Do you think in this way a proper essence, ownership and conviction for the brand will be retained. Overnight most of the companies want to become rich and want to rush for the Number 1 slot in their respective segments. Is this trend taking us anywhere, as values are compromised upon and as a result Life Span of the Brands are being shortened, and even in some cases the companies go bust. Is this not clear trend of greed ? Its better to move away from this rat race trend and be respected. It is important to have a steady and honest approach. TATA is an example of this. Look at the Brand Value, Employee Turnover Ration, Respectability of the Brands and The Life Cycle (Span). Have they not outlived their compititors ? Well my friends, thats the way you retain the essence and value of both individual brands as well as the corporate brand.
