Sorry Mr. Suryanarayan Murthy I had no idea and after the revelation of so many untrue incidents by my Indian countrymen I really felt bad and I think that this is a kind of slap I am throwing on my face in real sense because they are also Indians. 
Anyways Mr. Hiren I request please don't take it personally as I was generalizing the investigations made a last week or the previous to that week before. 

Thanks for the information Hiren. But I have heard a lot related to number jumbles related to mobile phones. Once i received a message that Don't receive the call when certain nos. are displayed or you can get brain haemmorage. I can't make up my mind wheather these are rumours or are really genuine and if this information are genuine why  these can't be traced ..... God knows but I truely don't rely on such mails or mesages but anyways thanks for the referral I would make a note of it????????????

Hiren, thanks for sharing this information.  Precaution is necessary.  However, this hoax is on since 2009, when the Australian Telecom major, Telstra called these messages as hoaxes and denied anything of this sort possible.  

Its in the best interest of mobile users to follow the instructions of BSNL in this regard.
