- Update of management on the different threats and security vulnerabilities.
- An assesment of those risks that are real to the organisation.
- Studying the organisation inorder to plan the right kind of solution---cost implementation,time etc.
- Setting up procedures and protocols for each vulnerability recognized.
- Back-up and running planning in case of a disaster in the organisation. Not handling only software-hardware failures but also calamities.
- Communicating and learning the security issues in all the departments.
- Reviewing and implementing recommendations to weak and ineffective security policies and protocols.
