More than 60 people were killed and 90 injured after a strong earthquake struck Myanmar near its border with Thailand yesterday.
Tremors were felt as far away as Bangkok, almost 800 kilometres (500 miles) from the epicentre, Hanoi and parts of China during the earthquake on Thursday, which the US Geological Survey (USGS) measured at magnitude 6.8.
In Chiang Rai, Thailand, Hong Khamping, 55, died when a concrete wall in her home collapsed on top of her. The wall was poorly constructed, Thai officials said.
Roads are closed. According to the information more than 130 buildings collapsed because of the quake. There might be more casualties and damage!!
So its everywhere.. Earthquakes have become something so common , they are just not stopping. Where is this all leading to?
Is the end nearing??!!

Blaming a nation or government cannot change anything but its a combination of both which has led to such a terrible condition. On one hand we have government who want to take credit for anything slightest good work and blame everything bad on others.... |
