You are going to be a manager... are not you? Is it without technical background? By the way your posting is really good ... appreciated. But let me share a story here for your future reference. Three managers went on a jungle expedition.... they lost the way out .... reached to a river ... where they could see the some villege houses but they had to cross the river.... they were exhausted .. so sat on a river bank. They decided to cross the river ... but with the all words (you mentioned here)they did not find the way out. So all started crying .... one said " oh God, if you are really in existance, please come and help us" PUFFFFFF ... God came and asked for their wish... First manager - Give me a wood log, I will cross the river" ... God gave him a log .... by all deadly efforts he crossed the river Its a chance of second manager - he asked for a tub like boat he could cross the river .. he got the same and crossed by .... both were happy and looking for third. Its a chance of third manager - he asked " God Please make me an engineer" God surprised by such unexpected wish, because he was not from any university... but he developed the engineering skills means common sense in third manager and God disappeared. Third manager opened his traking beg, took out the jungle map, where he found at a distance of 500 meter there is a bridge ... he went there and cross the bridge without any risk. I mean to say important is COMMON SENSE. Hope you won't take it otherwise.

Now Mr. Manoj Kumar this is good Joke. Do you know their so many managers, whom you know, about their personal life, or just you know when they become managers?

You are also a manager, you can ask yourself. :)

Dear Sachin, who told u that a god father is required to become a manager.. Wrong concept.. If we have the self belief and confidence any one can become a good manager.. I know so many ...

One question! To become a manager, you definitely need God(father), but to become an engineer do you really need God? Sorry I don't think so. What about you?

It is quite good enough of stuff for an engineer to raise the heat and for the manager,to raise the bar.

It looks more of an engineered joke rather than an engineering joke.
As an extension of the joke, an engineer would make a trivial job look complex and derive satisfaction while working towards its solution whereas a manager would pretend, justify and suggest that any problem with any level of complexity has already been resolved just after assigning accountabilities and delegating responsibilities even though the solution would not be even worked out yet.

Good one,I would like to add one more joke....

Bet you will love this!!!

A team of Managers were given an assignment to measure the height of a
flagpole. So the Managers go out to the flagpole with ladders and tape.
They're falling off the ladders, dropping the tape measures - the whole
thing is just a mess.

An Engineer comes along and sees what they're trying to do, walks over,
pulls the flagpole out of the ground, lays it flat, measures it from end
to end, gives the measurement to one of the managers and walks away.
After the Engineer has gone, one manager turns to another and laughs."
See this idiot. We're looking for height and he gives the length!"

Moral: "No matter what good you do, Managers can always find fault in
you".
