Brief:- Fair & Lovely very well known brand in all Indian market by HUL. Fair & Lovely has also launched new product fair & lovely face wash. The brand fair & lovely is identify by 7 days, brand have build image 7 days skin fair. Now, this brand has also extend its portfolio by introducing fair & lovely face wash.And try to build more strong image after using face wash and cream, it will get more fairness.....

Strategy part:-
The important part is that strategy used by HUL. Till date consumers are using only fair & lovely cream and today also they are using for fairness. So, Now company has launched face wash and you will have to use both cream as well as face wash for better fairness.
In above mentioned ad link, you will clearly shown that First you will have to use Face wash and then use Cream...you will get good fainess..So what exactly perception?
Consumers perception will move towards they should buy both cream and face wash or they should buy only cream. Consumers may feel that if they will use only cream, will they not get fairness? Is it necessary to buy both?
Consumers perception may be become negative slowly or it may be confused.
Can we say that is HUL want to push both brand simultaneously or strategy to push the face wash brand with cream? If yes, then it may be chance of negative effect in market. And it may be possible that cream brand going down due to face wash...many possibilities are there
However, people are understand easily that it is not necessary to buy both face wash as well as cream because those consumers are very well aware with the cream and using cream since many times.
But here is question of brand image in market, consumers perception?
