Fortis Hospital or a organisation is nothing but a commercial set up to make as much money as possible from people who have nowhere to go but to trust them with their lives.

Dear all I want to share a story of Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh. We admitted our child Kamal (Patient ID-0020154)on 29/04/2011 in hospital for brain tumour operation. At the appointment total expenditure told by doctors arount2-3 lakhs and 10 days hospitalisation, but after operatiion they inform almost total excision of tumour and successfull operation. But after 3 days child health again become serious and they shifted child in ICU . They done twice operation of Stent in brain, but still was not sure and confused about treatment. We said many times that please consult your seniors but all in vain. There was no improvement in child health and doctors were confused about treatment. When we admit our child, he was fully conscious and walking on his feets and talking normally. But after 22 days of treatment at discharge time child was in a worst condition and total expenditure was 5 lakhs, We allmost borrow this money . We done test(MRi) from another hospital, The reports is showing that tumour is not removed from brain. only 1/4 is taken out. After this Situation I complaint in Fortis HO and after that  Shalimar Bagh Fortis contact me and appointment fix with Mr. Sunil Kapoor with doctors at Jassa Ram hospital on 16-09-11. But the fortis Shalimar bagh admn. behaviour was rude and nobody ask about improvement in patient status. Their main moto was that they are right and patient parents are wrong. Mr. Sunil kapoor was also talking with sense of a rich man which had no sense of mind and only knows the language of money. He said that what will do the HO. 
It seems that fortis organisation is mismanagement organisation where the doctors and admn. staff do what they want. Nobody had the power to interfare tham.Mr. Sunil said that if you go to hotel you had to pay for that. It seems that fortis is a Hotel with doctors and there moto is only earn money not well being of patients. Nobody was there for find a solution for patient and parents problem. This is showing that how the private hospitals like fortis treat their patient and what is doing their management.
