I could see there is lot available freshers in all subjects ( Technical, Science, Management,.......) out of which only less than 30% (its my general view from obseravation) are ready to take job with out any training required.
Othere side of freshers i.e >=70% what kind of training is required for them? Please share your views / thoughts / recomendations / reports .
