The job of any manager is very crucial in the present situation .And to handle the difficult people is big challenge for every manager.To handle them patience is necessary.First to understand that type people is very necessary.That means what is there problem and how they can be molted or convinced.Then it is not so difficult to handle them.And to be clam is very necessary which will give any manager a different point of view in the point of view of that difficult person.
