Hi Everyone,  apart from being a finance professional i have been a sincere and passionate fitness follower my self. Here is a list of few very simple activities we busy professionals can do and keep these so called modern health hazards as well as other dreaded degenerative illnesses like cancer, heart attack the list is endless at bay.

       The most responsible factor of health hazard is stress. Stress could be emotional and physical. But in both these cases free radicals are released in our blood stream which sucks up the oxygen in the blood and leave us tired and drained. The other factors that release free radicals are junk food, that includes all allopathic medicines, deep fried foods, polluted water and air, adulterated food and unhygenic food etc.  Following is the list of simple activities one can start doing. Its nothing but developing a habit. To form a habit, do any activity for twenty one days without break. You'll start getting into the habit and continue for six months and voila!!! habit is formed and you'll live the rest of your life with health wealth and happiness. All the best

1. Do any form of physical activity for atleast half an hour in the morning, like walking, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, yoga, gym, dancing etc. If you have some thing better or different go for it but it has to be physical. All the exerting or rigorous physical activities produce a feel good hormone in the body which is called as Endorphins. This hormone is responsible for elevating our mood, make us pepped up, enthusiastic and nullify the bad effects of stress. The other activity which releases this hormone is laughter. Guys in our busy life many a times instead of taking things lightly and laugh it off we become very serious about petty and frivolous issues, take a lot of tension and forget laughing. Getting together with the friends is the best way to have fun. Go and meet your long lost friends, schoolmates, college mates, ex colleagues and share anything with each other that you feel like. It will give you a lot of relief.

2. Never ever ever ever ever miss your breakfast. How much ever angry or frustrated you get in the morning due to any reason but never miss your breakfast. Going on empty stomach itself causes acidity, heartburn, gas, indigestion etc. 

3. Do have your lunch on time and definitely include salads in your lunch. Totally Avoid drinking aerated drinks along with your lunch untill its a drought like situation or you dont have any other option. in the long run they damage your stomach lining and kill the naturally occuring stomach friendly bacterias. There by causing a no of digestion related disorders. By the way antibiotics are also known to cause 

4. Try eating your dinner before 9 p.m. and preferable light one at that. Because after a tiring days work we tend to go home and have a heavy dinner and go to bed. This completely upsets the metabolism of our body. We dont do any physical activity at night except for sleeping and hence we dont need any extra calorie. Whatever extra calorie we intake that gets converted into fat, indigestion, bloating, acidity and disruption of sleep etc. Do include one or two fruits and raw green salads in your breakfast, lunch and dinner . All the fruits and green vegetables fight the oxidative strees very efficiently because they contain a large amount of Antioxidants which is nullifies the release of free radicals caused by stress. Thus prevent you from any health hazard.

5. Always have your fruits on empty stomach because the beneficial nutrients, vitamins, minerals and proteins are fully absorbed by the body eaten on empty stocmach. Most of the few people who eat fruits they do after the meal which causes gas acidity and bloating of the stomach by putrefaction or decomposition of food due to piling of eaten cooked food and raw fuits.

6. Try to have atleast one meal with your family thrice or more times a week. Specially if you have kids in your family may be yours or brother's or sisters. And encourage your kids to tell you their days activities. Go out with your kids atleast once or twice a week to a garden or a place where you can play with them. They will really like it and you will develop a strong bond with them. 

7. After you are back from work, do play with the kids in the house or atleast neighbours kids. If you dont have kids in your building or locality ( thats almost impossible) then try playing with the pets specially the dogs. Kids, dogs and most of the pets for that matter are great stress busters.

8. Go and join a new hobby class preferably an activity class where you wont be chair or talbe bound, which you wanted to persue for a long time but didnt do it for some reason. For instance Men can try cooking class and females can try driving, Horse riding, Riding a motorcyle etc. Make new friends. You can take your own decision or take friends help.

9. Avoid taking medicines for each and every small problems like, acidity, headache, bodyache, simple cold or cough. Instead try our Own Rich and vast Indian Home remedies which are extremely effective and cost you a penny.  You will get this home remedies book in any of the big bookstalls.

10. Listen to music that you like, go for a live music concert, if you ask for my recommendation then i would sincerely advise you to go atleast once in your life time for live concerts of Ustaad Zakir Hussain and the mesmerising Madmax Maestro Sivamani.  He creates music out of any thing that you give him and that too an impromptu one. He is a genius.This is great stress buster again.

11. Go to a new sea shore and sit quietly for some time. Spend time with your own self. Watch the sunset, observe the falling and rising waves, soak your feet in sea water, you will feel good. Go to a sea shore at night say between 9-10 p.m. and take a stroll may be with a friend if you wish even alone would do. And do this on a moon lit night that is on full moon day, its a different experience altogether.

11. Take a massage once in fortnight. Massage is one of the best stress busters. It will relax your tensed muscles, improve your blood circulation,  relieve your aches and pains and give you a good night sleep.

12. Last but not the end get into six o clock club. Meaning get up before sunrise in the morning everyday, say by 5.45 a.m. When you get up before sunrise you will feel energetic the whole day.  This is tried and tested principle.
