Thankyou Mr Gupta a very usefull information about use of water!!!. In today's world every one goes for synthetic water.I start the day with a litre water in empty belly since 15yrs. Practically it keep me allways HYDRATED.I need mnm 10 to 12 lts a day.

Water is life. Drinking water makes a person healthy and wise. It is important to get pollution free water for drinking or it may create lot of health hazard

Thank you Doctor Ali for the reffarel. I cosume at least 4lts. of water everyday, unfortunately my waist size is increasing. May be I am 100% rice eater that may be the reason.

Thanks for gud and also useful infomation. Somebody has already told that for long life solid diet should be minimised to 50% whereas water consumption should be doubled...... and  laughing should be quadrapled......

In addition to all the benefits you have mentioned,drinking  water  in the morning before taking tea or coffee relieves  you of all unwanted things in the stomach, and drinking water while taking food helps quicker and  easier digestion.

Yes, I do agree of taking water plenty. A simple identification of your body' needs of water is "Dis-coloration of Urine" i.e. from White to Yellowish on various shades.The moment, you see a change in color tells you that you need water. We need not dispute on quantity of water. It ranges from 2 lit- 3 lit per day.During summer / hot weather, we need particularly, to take frequent water to replenish the needs of the body.

Thanks Suresh. My friends here are going overboard saying that one should have to drink 4 to 5 Ltrs of Water a day. Sorry folks, this makes yr kidney suffer.  Average 3 Ltrs of water one can drink. However, another a litre/ half u will consume indirectly, thro,Juices, coffee,tea,milk,dal,rasam,chaas, etc.

Start your day with two glass of luke warm water. Especially for women must drink so that it will flush out all the bad toxins causing Urinary Infections & protects urinary tracks.

Some people r on the opinion that unless they feel thirsty, how can they drink water?  whether u r thirsty or not,make it a habit to drink water with regular interval you will find the benefit your self.
