Patni’s environment was large in scale and compute capacities were fragmented. Strongly motivated to build a private cloud, the company took a step-by-step approach to deploying the private cloud.
The company went through a series of assessment and execution steps that would help streamline the deployment process. While Patni has not completed the construction of its private cloud environment, here are some of the steps that Patni went through—or would need to go through, as a part of its private cloud roadmap.
