Increasing cash flow during hyperinflation gives the funny situation where we have an inverted demand/supply curve ie; people willing to buy more as the price increases for the good or service. This is true only for exemplary goods like a mink coat, during normal times. We cannot assume that normal goods converts to exemplary goods during hyperinflationary times.
Then in US they have their wages adjusted for inflation called 'cost of living allowence' or cola where your wages go up by the inflation rate. Then probably the above scenario might work out. Not in other countries that don't have cola.
