Thank you all for your suggestions. I have someting to share.
Do a 30,000 foot view of your website, prepare buyer persona. Show your USP to your customer. Since we are doing for a new website, contextual dispaly ad and PPC are recommended. you will get instant visiotrs. Do SEO for awareness not for sale. Distribute free article and white papaer. Branding first then SEO.
We know keyword analysis is good but what if that does not work. I mean in google itself there are half a dozen tools. All of them give you different result. I would suggest, it would be great if we do some homework, list all your possible keywords that come to your mind, ask your peers. And then check your list with google tools.

People do lot of anlaytic work using excel and come up best possible keyword, still it does not work. You knwo why? They forget image optimization. Good images will give you visitors. Check your site with HEAT MAP tool. Heat map is very useful. You will exactly where visitor click most of the time. I hope it will help. Pls correct me if i am worng. Vsist www.seotrainingpoint.com

Directory Posting, Bookmarking, Classified posting etc are some of the other methods.

I think without decided a areas, Business, Products, Information, model, reputation etc... not a good analysis of Search engine optimization for any web site ! !

I think Robots.txt is also helpful. Adding the Auto Discovery Sitemap code in it for Search Engine.
