MNCs can be associated with human rights violations in a number of different ways. They can infringe human rights directly, e.g. by using child or forced laborers,by suppressing trade unions, by making their employees handle dangerous substances without the necessary health and safety precautions, by establishing inhuman working conditions in general, by  discriminating against women or ethnic or religious minorities in the workplace, by using land belonging to indigenous people, by polluting the environment and destroying the health and the livelihood of the people living in the region, etc. Indirectly, MNCs can be complicit in or benefit from human rights violations committed by host states in order to “protect their business”.

Too generic and unsubstantiated topic will show you in bad taste, especially when you are a budding HR person. Exploitation and fair practices are two sides of the same coin. So long as you are mute, one is subjugated, but will not continue perpetually, if brought to the notice of competent authority. After all, we are living in an era of "Survival of the Fittest"!

I can tell you confidently - without any doubt - that this para is straight away lifted from a website, copied and pasted here. Instead of just blaming MNCs, you should have cited some examples to substantiate your argument. Blaming somebody without evidence/suspicion has become the order of the day - fitting only to politicians. Since you are an young HR Executive, I suggest you to exercise restraint in going to public. Develop friendship, love, tolerance and see India through a positive note. Best of Luck to you dear !!!

I cant completely agree with this argument. There are norms for pollution control. If the MNCs flouting the norms, it is the duty of the PCB to take action. Since their hands are get wet by the organisations, they are keeping mum conveniently. Who is the culprit here. MNC is a multi-cultural organisation, there is no place for discrimination on the lines of caste, community, race. Most of the Public Limited companies in India could not able to fare well, because of the unionism. The growth of employee is linked with the growth of the organisations. The political linkages of the trade unions ruined work culture. Thanks to LPG reforms there is a sea change in the attitudes of the employees and employers and India could able to register growth atleast for some time. Human Right violations- a big name being misused by each and every one. People are arguing for the rights of terrorists, maoists and other criminals also. This is ridiculous.

Good Concept but can please guide me to the implementation part as the Behavior would be Qualitative and very hard to Rate/Analyze . May be need a Model with support of statistics to prove & implement the same.. What ever...It would be a Good Theory.
