Business Issue
The customer was concerned by the high amount of overhead time required
to handle the administrative activities related to their legacy, SAP and web
applications that was resulting in a lack of focus on their core IT processes.
The customer was looking for a reliable partner to implement their Field
Sales force management system through SAP CRM and provide remote
management and support for their entire applications suite.
Our Solution
iGATE Global evaluated the shortcomings in the standard SAP CRM and the
customer's legacy systems and these were addressed by designing optimal
technical solutions and developing, testing and deploying the same through
a robust, well defined and quality-centric onsite-offshore delivery process
methodology, in conjunction with SAP America. The changes implemented
by iGATE Global have since been adapted/adopted by SAP America in
subsequent releases of SAP CRM.
Systems Environment
iGATE Global developed the Field Sales Redeployment automation module
for the customer using the replication and realignment pieces of the SAP
CRM Suite.
Business Benefit
Turn-around times in terms of Help Desk Issue Resolutions were drastically
reduced by the employment of the onsite-offshore model that effectively
provided the customer with 24x7 coverage at a reasonable cost. The client's
IS team was able to focus on the key business aspects of the systems, rather
than the nitty-gritty details of the implementation and ongoing support.

They should be punished.. yes .. but who will punish them.. big question isn't it.. let us stand up and go against them.. create an Egypt in India.. Will we do that?? No we will wait for world cup and than T20 to end and then something else... |
May be, but I don't think they would fit into corporate field. Corporate workplace is very different for what they have worked. So fitting into it is very difficult. |
Gone are the days when students used to sit in a class and a teacher used to take a class which consisted of nearly 50 people in it, irrespective of what students learned after each hour a new teacher would come and take a different subject.... |
