Benchmarks are necessary for some quantifiable target to achieve.
Benchmarks which needs to be taken care of are:
- sales revenue
- Cost per Sale
- Average profit margin
- Market share
- Units sold
- Increased Qualified Lead
- Decrease number of customer complaints
- Number of Calls
- Shortened Transaction Cost
- Increase in Customer satisfaction levels
- Increased Revenue,profits & ROI etc.
