The channel Social Media has arisen because of Internet offering us the opportunity! Otherwise I am sure that in a meeting, dinner party, sales meeting party or even dealer meets etc you have a social interaction amongst people and you do discuss your experience of a brand that you like!

Why Internet gains more importance is because the communication gets logged and has an identity of the logger! Blogs leave an imprint of the persons emotions regarding a brand experience and then you have the freedom to comment on it by leaving your thoughts!! So whenever such communication gets eyeballs that has a similar emotional connect from other bloggers it starts a whirlpool effect and gathers a momentum that not only has pace but it has the emotion to 'INFLUENCE'. Thats why Social Media Marketing has becoms a very important factor for brands!
