REGARDING THE INDIAN PASSPORT AND THE SAFETY OF THE SAME IN FOREIGN COUNTRY FROM MISUSE BY FOREIGN EMPLOYERS .KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.WHILE GOING TO FOREIGN COUNTRY FOR SOME JOB OR WORK PERMIT THERE ARE DIFFERENT PROCEDURES IN EACH COUNTRY.

2.FOREIGN EMPLOYERS GENERALLY TAKE AND KEEP WITH THEM THE PASSPORTS OF INDIAN EMPLOYEES WHO ARE COMING FROM INDIA FOR EMPLOYMENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRY.

2.THEN LOCAL WORK PERMIT AND LOCAL IDENTITY CARD IS ISSUED TO THEM.THE EMPLOYEES ARE STRICTLY WATCHED AND IN MOST OF THE CASES HARASSED FOR PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND OTHER ALLOWANCES .THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY AS THEIR PASSPORT IS HELD BY THE EMPLOYERS.THEY ARE BLACKMAILED AND FORCED TO DO INFERIOR JOBS THAN THE AGREED JOB AS PER CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT SIGNED IN INDIA BEFORE LEAVING INDIA. CONTRACT SIGNED IN INDIA IS NOT BINDING ON THE EMPLOYERS IN FOREIGN COUNTRY UNLESS AGAIN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT IS SIGNED AND REGISTERED IN FOREIGN COUNTRY.

3.SEVERAL INDIAN EMPLOYEES ARE CHEATED BY BROKERS WHO ASSURE THEM GOOD SALARY ABROAD.ONCE EMPLOYEE GOES TO FOREIGN COUNTRY ONLY FOR FEW DAYS THEY GET GOOD TREATMENT FROM THE EMPLOYERS AND THEN THE HARASSMENT AND BLACKMAILING OF INVOLVING IN FALSE CASES STARTS. AND POOR EMPLOYEES ARE FORCED TO WORK ON INFERIOR POSTS AND LESSER SALARIES.

4.THE POOR PERSONS CAN NOT GO BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY AS HIS FAMILY HAS SPENT HUGE AMOUNT TO SEND EMPLOYEE ABROAD THROUGH AGENTS.IT IS A CRIMINAL CIRCLE TO TRAP POOR JOBSEEKARS.IN FACT THERE IS NO CONTROL OR RESTRICTIONS ON THESE JOB AGENTS, THERE SHOULD BE STRICT LAW TO CONTROL THESE AGENTS WHO GIVE BIG ADVERTISEMENTS IN LOCAL NEWS PAPERS AND TRAP POOR JOB SEEKERS WHO LITERALY SELL EVERYTHING TO COLLECT MONEY TO PAY TO AGENTS TO GET FOREIGN EMPLOYMENT.SEVERAL FAMILIES ARE RUINED DUE TO THESE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES OF JOB AGENTS.STRICT LAW SHOULD BE PASSED AND STRICT IMPLIMENTATION SHOULD BE MADE BY THE CONCERNED MINISTRY.IN CASE ANY COMPLAINT IS MADE AGAINST ANY SUCH AGENT THEN THE GUILTY SHOULD BE STRICTLY PUNISHED.

5 AT PRESENT INDIAN EMBASSY ABROAD ARE JUST LIKE PAPER TIGERS THEY CAN NOT OPPOSE FOREIGN LOCAL GOVT AND LOCAL EMPLOYERS.HENCE SEVERAL INDIANS ARE SUFFERING ABROAD.THEY CAN NOT GET ANY URGENT HELP FROM THE INDIAN EMBASSY IN FOREIGN COUNTRY.IN CASE ANY EMPLOYEE TRIES TO OPPOSE THE EMPLOYER HE WILL BE INVOLVED IN FALSE CRIMINAL CASES AND HIS LIFE IS RUINED.THESE ARE FACTS NARATED BY SEVERAL INDIANS FROM ABROAD ESPECIALLY WORKING IN COUNTRIES HAVING DICTATORSHIPS AND KINGDOMS.

6INDIAN GOVT.SHOULD LOOK IN TO THE MATTER AS PASSPORTS OF INDIAN EMPLOYEES ABROAD HELD BY FOREIGN EMPLOYERS CAN BE MISUSED AND CAN BE DUPLICATED BY ENEMY COUNTRY NATIONALS WHO ARE ALSO WORKING IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES WITH INDIAN EMPLOYEES ABROAD.

7HENCE STRICT STAND SHOULD BE TAKEN BY INDIAN GOVT.THAT INDIAN PASSPORTS FOR INDIAN EMPLOYEES ABROAD BE KEPT AND PROTECTED AND CHECKED BY INDIAN EMBASSIES ABROAD AND SOME LOCAL DOCUMENT LIKE WORK PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED TO INDIANS GOING ABROAD ON WORK PERMIT.IT WILL CHECK AND CONTROL THE MISUSE OF INDIAN PASSPORT ABROAD BY ILLEGAL ENTRANTS IN INDIA.

INDIA IS OUR COUNTRY AND AS A TRUE INDIAN WE SHOULD LOVE OUR COUNTRY AND TRY TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND GIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE SAFETY OF INDIA.

LET US GIVE BEST SUGGESTIONS TO OUR INDIAN GOVT.TO TAKE PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO PROTECT INDIAN CITIZENS AND INDIAN EMPLOYEES ABROAD AND MISUSE OF THEIR PASSPORTS BY FOREIGN EMPLOYERS ABROAD.COMMENTS PLEASE.
