" Today as well i am not going to share anything new here " But yes i have some points in my mind which i would like to share with you guys.  I am not that much experienced person in insurance but still i have little knowleadge about insurance" 

Why People believe insurance is not a good choice as a career.

Why do people try to escape from insurance sector.

Why they feel its one of hardest career chioce to make.

Its been long time i shared any experience here about my job : today again i am going to add little about my experiences in Insurance industry.Some people believe that insurance selling profile is very useless profile . there is lot of people around me who also believe so i have 2-3 friend of mine who is doing MBA with me and searching for jobs in the market. and yet not get any job upto their desire profile .whenever i ask them to join insurance industry then they simply argue its hard insurance in the market. so they dont want join insurance industry because in   insurance industry they feel pressure remain same.what i dont understand when it comes to sales  then every industry remain same. where you need to perform continously so why these people gets scared. but i am enjoing my experience their .want to work harder to achieve my goals in life.insurance industry is fastest growing industry in india and still you people believe its a harder and useless. then god will help you

 Every day i wonder how to start new day here in insurance. because when i feel that its quite tuff to sell insurance in india then suddenly i get a very good customer who looks for right advise for his insurance needs.and when i give them that advise in right way i feel very satisfied.I never run behind target thing beacause i believe if as insurance expert you provide right product or advise to your customers then u dont need to worry about your target.because your customer going to come back to you.if u given him right advise which he was looking for.i am not expert in insurance industry and may never become so .because no one can claim expertise in any field without having enough experience to justify.

6 month back when i joined insurance industry that time there was lot of people who told me that i am doing wrong thing by joining insurance industry.because they believe insurance industry is not good to start up career.but now i believe that was right decision which i took 6 month back.now i am having 6 month experience and have much knowledge about insurance industry.

HI FRIENDS I AM WORKING WITH POLICYBAZAAR.COM WHICH IS A NEW ONLINE INSURANCE SERVICE PROVIDER COMPANY IN INDIA .

AND I AM WORKING HERE SINCE LAST 6 MONTH AND AT  MY INTIAIL STAGE OF MY JOING THERE I FACED VERY TOUGH TIME THERE.BUT SLOWLY EVERYTHING GETS EASY FOR ME.

LOTS OF PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT INSURANCE IS VERY TOUGH SECTOR IN TERMS OF CAREER POINT OF VIEW.

AT SOME POINT OF TIME I DO REALIZE THAT THING.

BUT YOU KNOW I ALSO REALIZED INTERESTING FACT ABOUT INSURANCE SECTOR AND THAT IS IF WE TRY TO PROVIDE RIGHT SOLUTION TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS. THEN CUSTOMER ALWAYS COME BACK TO GET YOUR SERVICES.

Thanks for all of yours comments on my post.and i really apprecieate your comments on my post.so now this time i would like to add some more experiences here on my post.everyday i talk to 30-40 customers.and onething which i find comman in most of the customers,that is all of them seek right advice and help to choose best insurance deal for their requirement.one thing which i believe most that is never lie to your customer,just because you want to rapup sale.clear each and everything.And build a healthy relationship with your customers, which always pay you in future.So keep all these things in mind. Mr. Vishab very true and although selling insurance is the most difficult to do on the planet but you will also get rewards which you won't be getting in any other sector. And as you said you need to identify what customer wants and if you can build that trust then you will be able to do wonders in the field of insurance. I will be waiting for your post.......

Its not easy to sell insurance in this market but if you work according to companies policies process then definitely you can sell insurance. Because in India only 22% people are insured, so there is potential market for insurance products. As & when you join this business people will try to demotivate you by critising about insurance policies. People will see you only as an insurance agent whose work is to sell insurance any how. But believe me if you go step by step then definitely you will get in this business. Insurance is only business which runs of references. If you get conti. reference from your clients then you can get handsome business from them. In this business you have a self motivational power & willing to work.

This is very true that people accept the need & importance of insurance whether it is life or general.Most of them also go for insurance as per their needs . But when an agent try to sell  life insurance he generally gets only one answer that there is no requirement or there is no sufficent funds to have more policies.These answers create discouragement in the mind of agent.But even then he should not lose hope & try to convince & search for fresh prospects only then one can succeed in his mission

Hi Vishab,
Its realy great to read about honesty in sales. Keep it up. We are in sales and particularly our industry is service based industry. Providing one's best in services gives better referrals too. A satisfied purchaser gives you frequent referrals. I am in to this industry since last 8 yrs, and i choosed it, because i feel it gives u right rewards for your work. So my wishes to you to move further in life.

You are the right person but in the wrong place.  People with your kind of vision and with your kind of willingness to put in hard work should be in the right place and that is LIC of India.
Believe me, you are wasting your precious time of your life working for a loss making life insurance company.
You will make steady and great progress if you join LIC.
Think it over

As you said it is a tough job to pacify the customer to close the call that's why they are rewarded to sail in troubled water.
Need advice to get into it as I am new to this field.

It is true that Life Insurance market is very tough as so many companies are offering lucarative schemens. Yet I think it is one of best and easiest place to earn good money in a short time span.
