It's your turn! As the interview comes to a close, one of the final questions you may be asked is "What can I answer for you?" Have interview questions of your own ready to ask. You aren't simply trying to get this job - you are also interviewing the employer to assess whether this company and the position are a good fit for you.

Interview Questions to Ask
  1. How would you describe the responsibilities of the position?
  2. How would you describe a typical week/day in this position?
  3. Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do?
  4. What is the company's management style?
  5. Who does this position report to? If I am offered the position, can I meet him/her?
  6. How many people work in this office/department?
  7. How much travel is expected?
  8. Is relocation a possibility?
  9. What is the typical work week? Is overtime expected?
  10. What are the prospects for growth and advancement?
  11. How does one advance in the company?
  12. Are there any examples?
  13. What do you like about working here?
  14. What don't you like about working here and what would you change?
  15. Would you like a list of references?
  16. If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start?
  17. What can I tell you about my qualifications?
  18. When can I expect to hear from you?
  19. Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

You might ask a couple of questions but most of the time .. modesty comes in specially if you are interested in the job and you will not be able to screen the interviewer. Ask yourself frankly if you are the interviewer how would you take some one asking you too many questions which are irrelevant at the point of time. Cheers.

Useful questions. But one can select by asking only 2-3 questions else you become the interviewer in the interview.

I think Questions Are Old fashioned & bookish one.
something Innovative should be there to ask for such situation.

My personal opinion is that these are too many questions to ask. In a typical interview you are only trying to impress the prospective employer and the questions you ask may make you look over confident and arrogant at times and may act as a negative point in you being considered for the job. Definately in the Indian context , these questions being asked may not be acceptable.
