Well even i am an electronics and comm. engineer 2010 passout searhing a good job....and interestingly sometimes i come across some openings where they say freshers required but with 2 or 3 years of experience...get perplexed....anyways a very good post sir..thank you for referring.

I dont mind the word Fresher. How can we be a fresher until our first job...? We are on through the way of learning new environments, techniques, ideas, etc. I love to say 'I am a mechanical engineer looking for a fine opening'.
