Thank u sir for the referral.  Simple explanation of leadership.   Leadership is not for sitting far beyond the reach of your followers/subordinates.  Leadership is not running far a head of your subordinates. Leadership is leading your people from behind and observe them silently and encouraging them every time they fail and take initiatives understand the problems of your subordinates/followers.

Thanks for your invitation This is the best explanation of leadership and success. If you are a leader you should analyze your team problem and give them proper solution then only your fit to be a good leader it will lead to success.
 
Good explanation of leadership. Unless you solve the problems of you subordinates, you can never become a leader. How true ?
