 Leadership Tips

 # Fix the Problem, Not the Blame.

 # Tell People What You Want, Not How To Do It.

 # Manage the function, not the paperwork.

 # You never have to make up for a good start.

 # Get out of your office.

 # Lead by example.

 # Delegate the easy stuff.

 # Don't get caught up in looking good.

 # Quality is just conformance to requirements.

 # Learn from the mistakes of others.

 # Set S.M.A.R.T. Goals.

 # Set an example.

 # Know Your G.P.M. (Goal + Plan + Measurements)

 # Train Your Supervisors.

 # You Can't Listen With Your Mouth Open.

 # Practice what you preach.

 # Leaders create change.

 # Don't Limit Yourself.

 # Anyone can steer the ship in calm waters.

 # You have to make a difference.

Leadership Tips.... http://toostep.com/insight/top-recruiter-leadership-tips

1: Develop Your Confidence
2: Don't Shy Away from hard Work
3: Assess your Integrity
4: Set Measurable Goals
5: Don't be afraid to Commit
6: Continually Work on Building Relationships

Leaders should focus on real world and don't be emotional. Leaders who cry or become emotional are too focused on feelings which will often turn off people who are well situated to help them succeed. No one wants to spend time with a supervisor who can’t be level-headed in difficult times.

Also the leader should know himself first. And should be able to make a difference.
