Don't you think Facebook like buttons are all over internet, like which ever site you visit there will be an option of share of like from facebook which on clicking will go to your status message on facebook, looks interesting. Despite all the brouhaha about Facebook seizing control over the entire Web and putting an end to privacy as we know it, publishers today are still fast adopting the "like" button and other social plug-ins.
Latest to apparently add Facebook "like" buttons is Yahoo, which as we’ve written before seems to be happily outsourcing all that social nonsense to Zuckerberg & co lately.
To see the integration in action, go to any of the top News sites and at the end of the each article you'll get the widget of like or share option which redirects it to your facebook account, also shown is the number of people who have clicked the button before you. It simply lets your friends know what you are really reading and surfing on online, In a way another privacy breach from Facebook for its users.....And also in how many websites have you seen that facebook fan page showing this webiste has these many number of fans on Facebook.
Infact it will take all the data like what you are really searching on the web good things, bad things..any sort of information for that matter...and when questioned recently regarding this to the facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, said it will be personalised service in future which people like, where everything will be on their homepage and nobody needs to go else where for news and other things, In a way making look Google obsolete here in future.....
So what do you think people, don't you think Facebook is trying to make its presence felt all over and wants to create monopoly all over the virtual world.
