The financial markets are growing at an alarmingly immense pace not within the boundaries of natives but across the borders of aliens. As the business processess and functions expand, so does the opprotunities of choosing suitable career path and manging job responsibilities. Due to high diversification and expansion of financial markets, the responsibility varies from simple actions like issuing loans to highly complex matters like assisting the oversea subsidaries to minimize the tax payment, managing foreign exchange rates etc.

The responsibilities goes beyond the banking functions to working capital markets, were the bankers help companies to raise money by issuing equity or debt, but there is need of having appropriate knowledge and specifications about securitization, bond selling etc.

Now talking about the roles and career paths that you can look for in corporate banking, vary in diverse set of functions, but advisable is to start as credit analyst, analysis of balance sheets and understanding the loan allotmrnt processess and procedures. Once you are expert in your primary functions, then you can take the responsibility of relationship manager, were you are responsible for lending money to a handful of the bank's customers. It's a job that requires an intimate understanding of each company's strategy, a strong appreciation for the risks of default, and sales skills. If it holds your interest then finally you can opt fo treasury management, were you have to deal with manging company's cash flows.

That is not the end, keep on working with hardworking and dedication, you will defenitelly reap the benefits.......The opportunities are at the door, only need is of having proper skill set to open it in appropriate manner.
