The change management process is key to the successful outcome of a project. The process ensures that each change introduced is properly defined, considered and approved before implementation. But sometimes the change doesn't take place and resistance to change is seen. 

I have create an Idea contest on " Factors that give rise to resistance to change" please participate and share in your views with others.

Good one I feel it not only by laying the process the org needs to adapt it as well which in many case is found missing
