It concerns a disturbing revelation that a “flaw” in the UK’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) prevents any prosecutions for alleged fraud and malfeasance of public office by climatologists at the UK’s Climatic Reseach Unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia (UEA) who willfully abused the FOIA, in the scandal now known as “Climategate.” Why? Because no prosecutions can be brought for offences committed more than six months prior! - extract from ClimateGate website.

US scientist have also colaborated with the UK scientist to manupilate numbers to fund / propogate this quasi reality.

Internationally renowned climate scientist, Roger Pielke Jr., professor of environmental studies at the Center for Science and Technology Policy Research at the University of Colorado at Boulder, the man who broke the ‘Glaciergate’ story run by the London Times newspaper, has issued another startling revelation. Pielke claims that the famous Stern Review, a British government report of the economics of climate change, which discusses the effect of global warming on the world economy, exaggerates its climate calculations by up to a factor of ten and may be 40% fraudulent.
