During the past decade hospitals have grown in number with a new avtar.
Most of the indian hospital have facilities comparable with what is availaible in US UK or any developed nation. Now more and more healthcare companies are visible than what we have seen in early ninties and now few services have been dominated by the indian region due to what we say pure economics of money (Clinical trial).
Overall it may be a very different story but still we are not even close to countries like Thailand where a hospital in Bangkok treat more than 2.5 times foreign patients than our country total.
It is now the time to think on new strtegies to develop india as one of the high tech treating ground.
If we can succeed in making our country leader in IT then why should not we try to make india a healthcare destination for all global citizens...It only we can do (after all Its a Youngistaan )

Not only a matter of pride but also a great joy for me as I am working under the chairmanship of this great woman, who has done remarkable for the Indian society. |
