Corruption starts from here when we deman unexpected things from our team  and it leads to create a wrong image of our organization ... are we ready to make a difference between moral and immoral ?

Everybody wants to make quick buck today. You have written something so good and so clear for us. I am all praise of you for this article. What is achievable, should also be moral and not immoral, only then can it be healthy and good for us. Its like running 400 meters at the pace of 100 meters. You cannot go with the speed of 100 meters to stand lead 400 meters. What say?

That's a very good one! We should all ask the question, how moral are our corporates today. Companies today are selling their future for today's quick profits. Companies who go behind quick profits will not have a long future.

Very rightly pointed out Nitin,,certainly I myself have came across such incidents where I have seen sales persons doing all wrongs in the end to achieve their mammoth targets & slowly it becomes a practice.
