Some time it happen that new post is giving energy. For India we may not aware many such post but outside India such type of many post are available. As we develop, evolve and move forward in this world, we ought to change our job titles and responsibilities based on what is required in today's world. Today, the Internet plays a very important role in every body's life. So, I am not surprised at the designation called 'Search Editor' which is kind of a marriage between web, technology and journalism. These designations are needed because there is another world out there on the web and hence organizations need people to watch that space (web) and try to extract as much as possible.

In future, the human resources department itself will change based on the Internet. There will be a person whose job will be to recruit only through Internet and he/she will be called 'Online Talent Acquisition Manager' and the remaining will be done by an 'Offline Talent Acquisition Manager' etc etc. In India, it will take time for these things to catch up....
