1st week of November am supposed to join this institute, where I am supposed to train the students as a trainer(on C programming and Embedded System) and handle the projects as a project coordinator. Handling projects, I can do that. But training the students, I have never done it before(other than small seminars which I conducted in college). So what are the things I should keep in mind when I start training the students. And what are the things as a trainer I am supposed to follow? Your valuable suggestions will help me as well as others.
Try to be friendly with them, try to understand what they want from you. Train them in the most appropriate way and guide them properly...
