I am not undermining the efficacy of yoga and meditation, but what I want to convey here is that they all have their limitations. If you want a permanent change in your behavior, you have to change your thought process. All other modules will work but temporarily. As long as you continue them you will feel relaxed, the movement you stop, and you will find yourself in same turmoil. [By temporarily fixing the problems, you are actually running away from them]

If stress has put you in an anxious state or some suicidal tendency develops, medicines may help. I can’t deny their role. But as far your personal problems are concerned; no amounts of drugs or yogic exercises are going to solve them permanently. If you have a problem with your spouse the tell me what the hell a medicine can do.
