NRI Childrens who are getting educated abroad should get a fair chance to take part in all the entrance exams like Medicine,Engineering or civil services etc conducted in India either Central or state government, there should not be any restrictions that to take part in state entrance exams he/she should be a student in that state from 5th standard, and to participate in central entrance exams he/she should be a student in India from 9th standard,the ministry of education should consider the difficulty of the students they have to leave their parents in abroad and join with some one in India and the parents also have the same difficulty to shift back their current jobs for their loved ones, every Indian student in abroad is also same as the student studying in India and hence has to be equally given a fair chance to partciapate in the competition.
