A lot of the research work has become very simple, easy and less cumbersome with the evolution of the internet network. Any research work requires the collection of data. The collection of data is basically done through extensive surveys. For such survey, a large amount of feedback and responses is required for the analysis of data. Here, the challenge of indentifying and approaching people arises. It is a time consuming and expensive process to approach people and collect data. But now, with the development of survey software, researchers can take a breath of relief. The development of methods to carry out survey online has been more outstanding.
Online survey softwareis a tool which has revolutionized the way in which surveys are conducted. It takes very less time to establish contact with the respondents online. The advantages of any online survey software cannot be ignored. But it suffers from certain limitations. It does not provide any representative sample as the access to computer and internet facilities is not available to everyone.
When discussing about surveys, assessment software needs to be given significance. It is a program that allows organizations to carry out analysis and evaluation of their inputs based on surveys. The competitive business scenario requires an organization to meet the growing demands of customers. This brings challenges to the organization to produce products and services that would fulfill customer demands. This brings the requirement of improving the workforce of the organization. The duty of the manager is to measure the performance levels of the workforce. The assessment software is used to maintain records with minimum paperwork. This is brought about a great transition from manual and tiring work to automatic processes. Assessment software allows business organization to maintain coordination of outlooks with the employees. The software allows the manager to make a questionnaire and the same can be directed to the employees and receive feedback. The software monitors the performance of each employee and identifies their faults.
