पंजाब ने झेला कभी दंस आतंक का
तो कभी झेला दंस सियासत का
आज फिर रो रहा है पंजाब खून के आसू  
खो कर अपना इक और लाल
चलता था वो कभी इसके सीने पर
लाने को क्रांति  बदलाव की
आवाज था वो अवाम की
था वो उनका पहरेदार
