As per my opnion bad management is most prime factor of failure of a project.Because if once bidding is bad then also good management can supercede this.By proper management planning will be good,wastage of manpower, construction materials will be minimum. All this depends on project controller because he is the engine and rest of persons are its compartments.Good management take over all the lack of communication, intra coordination,understanding in respnsibilities.
