Rationa Choices creating life in a Soverign

Rational choices leading to fulfilment of Social utility of each Citizen.

When a country is conceived the designer of its process and ideology has to make some hard decisions as to the mission of the nation, endowment of people and the social processes the citizen need to follow to mitigate the manifested injustices of humanity and maximise the social benefits to citizen.

This calls for Rational choices being facilitated  to citizen. The definition of Rationality is the ‘visibility of the Objectives from ones actions’. This means ones actions need to point to the objectives that are being pursued by the individual or the Soverign nation here. So if welfare and social security is proclaimed as mission, then one should incorporate welfare economic measures along with social insurances for citizen.

There are direct theories for endowments  from Professor Milton Friedman called Theory of Choice and endowment theories by Professor Franco Modigiliani.

What all this tantamount to is government should facilitate life for citizen to maintain their ‘up-right heart’ from cradle to death. A child when born when takes a position in the national wealth register should get entitled to this process of being carried through to her or his end following rational paths which should lead him or her to get endowed enough to lead a fulfilled life through normal and civilised means. At the right age her parents should be well endowed to lead her to school, if this doesn’t happen in a childs life there should be government agencies or NGOs checking out and providing assistance to lead them to their beginning of life. If food is a problem or conveyance or living facilities this should be facilitated through Social Insurance or other regulations.  On completion of professional education one should be facilitated gainful employment. Professor Friedmans and Modiglianis theory directs on the wage philosophies for maximising social benefits.  Wages that will incorporate transactions and savings enough for old age life.

It goes beyond saying that the duty of the Benefactor here the government is not a mean one. They have loads of work to in the front of economic and social infrastructure including maintainence of proper purchasing power and stable dynamics for the economy to meet the rational outcomes of choices citizen make. This include development of full fledged markets.

The last part require lots of ground work and execution skills focused and meticulous enough to make our actions look rational
