Th project management has been taken synonimous to completion of targetted works.There are so many mathmatics,formulae to work out time schedule and action plan.The best raw they pick up from IIM and down the line.The best person who can really handle the projects/project should have his vision clear.He should be accessible every time.He should be faithfull to the cause he has be chosen for.He should always share knowledge with his down line staff every day.He should be ready to move at any time or odd time.The action plan is ready with him after consultation with his down line staff.He should tell them in no uncertain terms to complete the schedule with instructions to approach him if there is any problem.The sincerity,integrity should reflect what he says.The people around are expert in recognising his body language.The targets.financial control,utilisation of resources,and optimum utilisation of labour will automatically follow.i generally desist quoting the experts in the field,as the sharing of hard core experience is more than hard copy quotations. In the end, the person who remains "raw out' meaning craving for updates is the ultimate winner.
