Recession is over

Are you surprised? Yes, I would like to spread this news across the world. That the so called buzzword recession does not exist anymore. You may be wondering why I am telling you so. I feel that recession is like viral fever which has spread very fast and it is now that wherever you go, you will listen people talking about this word in may be in terms of its synonyms. Although the actual recession may be of very small magnitude but due to the fear factor it has created a tremendous impact on global economy. People no longer taking any major decisions whatsoever it may be where spending money is involved. People going to barbour’s shop and after having done necessary things asking discount due to recession. If you ask people in education business, people requesting for discount in teacher's fees. Like these, there are many more examples .So it is spreading everywhere like a incurable decease. So I got an idea to have an antibiotic effect by giving you this news to kill the virus called recession. Once people start kicking out the recession factor from their life and start doing whatever they were doing before the recession and recession will not dare to remain in our life in reality. It can’t stay anymore and keep occupying our lives. People should make the decisions which they wanted to do certain things like buing house, getting married, not living life fully and just waiting the recession to be over , should actually start doing the same without having fear of the recession . I am sure if we start doing the same and keep spreading the message that recession is no more. Believe me, it will not be there any longer. You would ask me, why should we be doing this, imagine the today's life, full of uncertainty, unemployment of the newly graduated young generation who are getting discouraged in the event of their dreams just remaining like dreams, people who are depending on the industry, small vendors who are feeding their stomach through a hard work carried out on daily wages and many more who are just waiting for the fine day to come.So my dear friends that’s what I felt and thought , we together can make it happen and say “bye bye” to the recession and wish for the prosperity and better living just now right from this very moment.

Yes Mr. Asghar you are right here it is just that word of mouth that has been spread by everybody about the recession and this has spread like a wildfire and hasn't stopped yet, its just the fear of people what is driving this recession, so one has to stop spreading negative things about it and act normal and start afresh and yes Recession is over...

Yes fellow members you all are right, recession is over but still companies are using this word like a sword to cut down their costs. Each & Every company is in profit but they are showing Profit in respect to last yr financial profit is 10,20,30% low & due to this they are blocking Employees increment, vendors payment & juss bcos of this vicious circle has formed & all consumers are spending at their pace and sale of each & every product is down.

So I really appreciate this idea of spreading positive confidence.

First we must understand why recession comes. I am not talking about the great economic theries, I am very poor in economics. It is the fear of loosing those comforts of life - example, job, house, holiday, medical insurance etc. These are for employed people. For business people it is the fear of loss. First when the businesses project a gllomy picture, investments slow down. This will slow down new employment and employed peole start saving for the rainy day and apply some restrictions on spending. the whole thing becomes a big cycle.
Now to regenerate confidence in all, its good to talk optimistic, confident and positive. But it is also mandatory to start doing things that trigger people to spend as per their plans. Only when the sales start showing up, people can come out of their shells and strt seeing some light. This happens when the big businesses continue with their plans and investments that they thought of earlier to this slowdown. So we should make every effort in convincing the investors that this is the best time to invest and there will be sure returns.
The otherthing is that, minimize or neutralize dependency on outside countries economies or markets, so that as somebody mentioned, recession has not yet hit our shores, and we should be prepared to face the recession when it hits ou shores, we need not be dependent on other countries.

Very good Mr. Asghar.. It is our media who have to play a vital role in this. First they should stop spreading boosted articles about recession..

Is common cold curable? Is the virus of common cold easily overcome inspite of our leaps in science?? The article is indeed very positive, but lets face the fact: RECESSION has not even hit the shores of India yet. The snowball is yet gathering momentum and will eventually hit the slopes of our country. By embracing the fact we would be better prepared to face it and not by assuming that it has already been squashed!! Its like assuming that Kasab has been dealt with and hence terrorism cannot touch India!!

We must be cautious nevertheless. Why act like its over when you can behave like it never existed??
