How would you feel if a restaurant owner eats in some other restaurant? If somebody buys a product of the competitor instead of what he produces?I would feel awkward. Similarly from my above example, how would you feel if the HR of your company says something to retain you and after few the HR himself resigns? That means the HR of the company does not trust on company's "Retention policy". A very famous saying "Charity Begins at Home", so my request to all the HR folks start trusting your company's "Retention Policy".

Nice topic Gargi :)) I feel we are going through tough times. Recession is on its way .. Euro crisis, political instability in most of the countries will lead to great depression again. However, Lay-Offs i dont think so is happening at this point in... |
What a topic to debate on... I guess it is not Boss who change his/her behaviour infact it is subordinate who changes because in the end it is BOSS who has to rate you on your projects success and failure. |
I agree with Kirti... If situation demands you to join a new company and your new employer is ready to hire you without a Service Certificate (releaving letter) I dont see any problem.. Ask your current employer if they give acceptance of resignation... |
