Oh! My darling, Yeh hai India.

First of all responsibality should be fixed . Then guilty should  be punished and roads or drainage which ever is faulty should be taken care.

Well this isn't uncommon in India. The Mumbai floods (2nd August 2005) is another glaring example of how handicapped our government is. In Mumbai the govt. was prior warned by environmentalists about the grave dangers of the city flooding because of inadequate drainage system. But the govt. was deaf on this matter. After the floods many inquiry committees were set up & crores of Rupees released to revamp the drainage system. But in 2006 it rains in Mumbai & it is flooded yet again. This story continued in 2007 & 2009. So this is how our govt. works - too many people, so just let them die .........Alas !!!  

	Yes this is very disgusting. The government should look into this problem and rectify it. They should analyze whether the problem lies with the engineer or in the drainage system. Because India being a developing country should look into its infrastructure system too.

This either poor design or poor maintenance of drainage system. It is really "Prashasan ke bojh tale daba bharat" and it is just one example representing Indian urban roads' design and maintenance.

It is just not Noida roads but all over the county U can come across such roads
