One day an employee sends a letter to his boss to increase his salary!!!

Dear Bo$$

In thi$ life, we all need $ome thing mo$t de$perately. I think you $hould be under$tanding of the need$ of u$ worker$ who have given $o much $upport including $weat and $ervice to your company.

I am $ure you will gue$$ what I mean and re$pond $oon

The next day, the employee received this letter of reply:

Dear NOrman,

I kNOw you have been working very hard. NOwadays, NOthing much has changed. You must have NOticed that our company is NOt doing NOticeably well as yet.

NOw the newspaper are saying the world`s leading ecoNOmists are NOt sure if the United States may go into aNOther recession. After the NOvember presidential elections things may turn bad.

I have NOthing more to add NOw. You kNOw what I mean.

The boss seems less innovative than the seeker-employee.
It would be nice to always communicate & share the decisions to create an atmosphere of trust!!

Going beyond the manager-subordinate relationship and dynamics - it induces and infuses the most simplistic language into an unto medium of different tangents of understanding i.e effective communication , advertising yourself,role of leaders in a recession economy thus the leader knows and understands the discipline of 'Economics' , emotional value vis-a-vis relationship conditions etc.

More than that I would rather thank not the writer precisely but the one who bought this to the board of TooStep ; Jaygopal .
