In other words I could say SAP has extreme integration between other modules. Now SAP has ESS and MSS service which will enable the users to access the portal anywhere.

sap hr won't work ....effectively..on it's own..
we need an eclectic mix of automated module and manual application/s..
by the way .. people soft is better than sap - hr..
