In the 21st century all the industries are focusing on automation of all process not even production process and also HR process like monthly payroll, leaves, time & travel etc. And the main focus on integrating all HR process and elimination of administrative activities. With the help of ESS & MSS the HR process are more stable and integrated.

In other words I could say SAP has extreme integration between other modules. Now SAP has ESS and MSS service which will enable the users to access the portal anywhere. |
